The ECM Mechanika VI Slim is a compact coffee machine equipped with a heat-exchanger system, E61 Grouphead, vibratory pump, and adjustable pressure. It offers an ideal solution for those new to espresso making or interested in experimenting with pressure profiles. ECM has managed to incorporate impressive features into the compact design of the Mechanika Slim, including stainless steel construction and retro-inspired details that add a touch of elegance to any kitchen. The heat-exchanger system ensures the machine reaches the optimal brewing temperature and can simultaneously steam milk. The machine also includes a professional-grade ECM portafilter that is weight-balanced and angled for easy handling. The heat exchanger system guarantees consistent brewing and steaming temperatures, while the adjustable pressure valve on the top of the device allows for customization of the brewing force. The included portafilters are weight-balanced and angled for effortless operation. Additionally, the 2.8-liter water tank is easily accessible from the top of the machine for convenient refilling.

Three-Position Temperature Control Switch :Located on the right side of the bottom of the machine, the all-new three-position switch allows for easy adjustment between three preset boiler temperatures, as well as the ability to turn pre-infusion and ECO mode on or off.
