- We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and photos are accurate; however, variations may occur (particularly for handcrafted or natural goods).
- Prices are in AED, inclusive of UAE VAT (if applicable) unless otherwise stated.
- We may adjust prices, discontinue items, or correct typographical errors at any time.
- We reserve the right to limit or cancel any order suspected of misuse or fraud.
If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund via the original payment method.
7. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and Stripe.
By completing a transaction, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the total order amount.
You represent that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used.
8. Shipping & Delivery
We currently accept and deliver orders within the UAE and GCC countries only.
Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary based on courier performance. Risk in the goods transfers to you upon delivery.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a AED 30 re-delivery fee may apply.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Our full Refund & Exchange Policy is part of these Terms. Key points include:
- Consumable products (coffee, matcha, tea) cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
- Defective or incorrect items must be reported immediately before use or consumption.
- Courier-damaged glass or ceramic products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Non-defective returns, if accepted, will have return shipping costs borne by the customer.
- Used, opened, or altered products are not eligible for return; if returned in such condition, the cost of re-shipping will be borne by the customer.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our Site—including text, images, product data, and branding—is the property of Omni Coffee Roasters FZE or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Site without prior written consent.
